Our winery has a history and traditions that have been passed on since 1875, we try to carry on this tradition selecting the best products, such as the Tuscan Ham, the "Finocchiona" a typical salami with fennel seed, the Wild Boar Salami , the Cured pork back fat , Pecorino "Cheese" from Siena and the one with truffle , Green Sauce, the tuscan Roast pig ..... and of course the most important one: Tuscan bread and our panini "
